Our home base is Upstate NY. We’ve been wedding videographers for 10+ years filming hundreds of brides all over Upstate NY including Albany, Saratoga, and Lake George.

“What is your videography style?”
Our approach blends cinematic storytelling with a focus on the key moments of your wedding. We use a mix of audio, video clips, and music to craft a narrative, capturing high-quality short clips for a coherent story. This style ensures your wedding film is not just a documentation, but a memorable, tailored keepsake that highlights the most special parts of your day.

“How long after the wedding will I receive the final video?”
You can expect to receive your final wedding video within 16 weeks after your special day. This timeline allows us to meticulously edit and craft your film, ensuring it captures the essence of your celebration in the most beautiful and memorable way. Our commitment is to provide you with a keepsake that not only reflects the joy and love of your wedding day but also meets the high standards of quality and artistry that we are known for.

“How do you choose the music for the film?”
The selection of music for your wedding film is a thoughtful process, focused on enhancing the emotional impact and narrative flow of your special day. The primary goal is to complement the story of your day. We look for tracks that reflect the mood, setting, and unique aspects of your celebration. We also consider the emotional tone of your wedding – whether it's romantic, lively, solemn, or a mix of emotions – and select music that resonates with these feelings. All music is chosen from licensed sources to ensure compliance with copyright laws. We use platforms like Musicbed, which offer a wide range of high-quality tracks specifically for video use.

“What equipment do you use?”
We utilize 4K high-resolution cameras paired with a variety of lenses including wide-angle, standard, and telephoto lenses ensuring sharp and vibrant footage. This range allows us to capture everything from sweeping venue shots to intimate close-ups with clarity and artistic flair. Our use of gimbals and stabilizers guarantees smooth, cinematic shots, while high-quality lapel microphones, recorders and sound system connections ensure crystal clear audio capture. 

“How do you coordinate with other vendors (e.g., photographers, event planners)?”
Roughly a week or two before your wedding, we have detailed pre-wedding consultations to align our videography with the plans of other vendors like photographers and event planners. We initiate communication with these vendors, discussing timelines and logistics to ensure a cohesive approach. Our team works alongside other professionals in a respectful and unobtrusive manner, mindful of the importance of collaboration. This cooperative effort, including sharing key information about desired shots, is crucial to avoid duplicating efforts and capturing all significant moments. Our commitment to effective vendor coordination is part of our dedication to making your wedding day as memorable and stress-free as possible.

“Do you capture weddings outside of Upstate NY?”

“Do you capture destination weddings?”

Capturing a wedding in a unique or exotic location can be truly magical. Destination weddings bring their own set of unique experiences and challenges, especially when it comes to logistics, travel arrangements, and navigating cultural differences. “Are you fully insured or have insurance?”
We want to assure you that our services are fully insured, providing peace of mind for your special day. We hold a Certificate of Insurance (COI) outlining the details of coverage. The policy includes a million-dollar liability coverage and as well as comprehensive equipment insurance. This ensures not only the safety and security of our operations at your event, but also the protection and reliability of our high-quality videography equipment. This coverage is part of our commitment to professionalism and reliability, ensuring that every aspect of our videography service is secure and dependable.

“Any additional costs I should be aware of?"

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, and the final payment schedule will be outlined in the contract. We accept payments via check, Venmo, PayPal, or Credit Card. Please note that Credit Card and PayPal transactions incur an additional 5% fee unless processed as a friends/family transaction to avoid this charge. For weddings outside a 50-mile radius of Saratoga Springs, NY, travel fees apply. Our aim is to provide transparent and comprehensive information about our services and pricing, so you can make an informed decision without any surprises.

“Do you have a second videographer?”
Yes! Our wedding videography services include the option of a second videographer, particularly with our comprehensive third package. This addition enhances our ability to capture your special day in its entirety. With two videographers, we ensure that simultaneous events, like the bride and groom getting ready in different locations, are fully covered. During pivotal moments such as the ceremony and speeches, the added perspectives bring depth and vibrancy to your wedding film. This approach allows us to better document candid moments, guest reactions, and intricate details of your venue and decorations, crafting a complete and dynamic narrative of your day.

“Do you provide photography?”
We currently do not offer photography services directly. However, we have a partnership with All Occasions Photography, and we do offer a discounted combo package for videography and photography. This collaboration ensures that both your videography and photography needs are met with high-quality, professional service, making it convenient and beneficial for you.
